My background began with mathematics, followed by graduate studies in computing at the University of Toronto and work in IT development and project management. Since 2006, I have brought that structured way of thinking to real estate.
In practice, that means listening carefully, separating what matters from what distracts, and explaining the choices. A useful plan accounts for the market and the realities of your household.
I work with sellers and moving families across York Region and North York, communicating in English and Chinese. From preparation through negotiation and coordination, I stay focused on the decisions and details that move the work forward.
My role is to help you see the options clearly, understand the tradeoffs and move forward with a plan you can explain.
